Camgill Development Corporation has more than 30 years of real estate and development experience throughout North America with our current portfolio focused primarily in Western Canada. Our current property portfolio consists of more than 50 properties, approximately 2.0 million square feet of space in markets from Winnipeg MB, to Grande Prairie AB, to Victoria BC. Currently in the development phase is an additional 300,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. We also have a significant stock of commercial land in growth markets such as Fort McMurray, Greater Edmonton, Grande Prairie, Saskatoon, Regina and Camrose that we will be developing over the next five years.
