Camgill has acquired 50 acres of industrial land on Highway 16A in west Edmonton which is suitable for built-to-suit development.
The construction of the current phase of Centennial Plaza in St. Paul AB has been completed. Look for a spring ’14 opening of Value Drug Mart.
This year, in lieu of sending Christmas cards, Camgill and its associated company Greystone Property Management Corp. are supporting the Edmonton Jaycees Christmas Hamper Program. We are making a cash donation and filling two hampers with gifts and food for two families.
Camgill has recently acquired a 27-acre industrial site close to the new airport terminal in Ft. McMurray with up to 8 acres available for build-to-suit-to-lease. More information coming soon.
Starting in the spring of 2014 Camgill will begin infrastructure development for a new housing development in Camrose, AB. The first stage will have approximately 79 lots, some with lake frontage.
