After graduating from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management in Finance, Nolan pursued further education in Europe at the HEC Business School in Belgium. After returning home, he took a keen interest in real estate and development and joined Camgill’s team in 2007. Nolan has taken on many roles during his tenure at Camgill and with his thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement, he completed his Diploma in Urban Land Economics at the UBC’s Sauder Business School. In 2016, Nolan was named President of Camgill Development Corporation. He is involved UDIs Commercial Committee and is a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization.

As one of the founders of the Camgill group, Neil has been active in the real estate development business for 40 years. Over his long and distinguished career, he has owned and constructed real estate all over Western Canada and abroad. As Chairman of Camgill, he draws upon a wealth of experience in the real estate business across all asset classes and has partnered with numerous multi-national tenants over the years. At Camgill, he provides wisdom and direction with a portfolio of nearly 60 properties. Neil is an avid skier and cyclist, participating in numerous triathlons and charity races.

As CFO of a commercial real estate company with holdings in the hundreds of millions, Melanie is a master with numbers. Backed by 16+ years of finance and accounting experience, she seems to effortless navigate the most complex and involved real estate arrangements. Melanie has been with Camgill since 2002. She is responsible for managing all debt financing initiatives; collaborating on equity financing and overall capital structure; handling cashflow management and working capital requirements; and overseeing financial reporting and accounting policy.In her free time, Melanie is a major outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys spending summers at the lake with her husband and 5 kids; exploring windy destinations for kiteboarding, and strategically “squeezing in on” heli-skiing adventures.

Kara has over 15 years of accounting experience, in both the oil & gas and real estate industry. As Controller, Kara handles financial accounting duties at Camgill, preparing budgets, financial statements and variance reports for our partners. She also oversees HR and payroll duties. Away from the office, she volunteers on the board of the Norwood Child and Family Resource Centre in Edmonton and is an energetic supporter of the Edmonton Humane Society. Along with the annual sponsorship of an EHS cat kennel, you’ll also find her participating in the “Pets in the Park” charity run, her favorite day of the year.

Will joined the Camgill team in December 2017. Will has been working in the infrastructure industry as an engineering consultant in construction, design, contract administration, and project management. Since graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Will, has been working as a project manager on a variety of infrastructure projects within Alberta with experience in commercial and residential subdivisions along with municipal and transportation projects. Will loves sports, music, adventure and being active outside whether it is paddling, fishing, skiing, or skating.
Lesley came to Camgill team in April 2018 and with it she brings over 15 years of property management and administrative experience. She is the cheerful voice you hear when you call, prepares leases, letters, commissions documents, organizes catering, prepares expenses and provides any other clerical support needed by the Camgill team. Lesley enjoys spending time with her friends and family which includes her son and 4 legged sidekick named “Maverick”. She is well immersed in her community league and is involved with several animal rescue charities. On her down time she enjoys relaxing by a campfire and visiting the tranquil rocky mountains whenever possible.
Ola came to Canada five years ago and has a Bachelor degree in Business Accounting Administration. She is currently enrolled in CPA Canada and has passed several modules. This is the first time for her to be working in the real estate industry. She loves spending time with her family, especially her 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son. She is looking forward to fully committing to her position in Accounts Payable and to utilize her knowledge, skills and experiences to contribute to the company. Ola is really excited to join and work with the Camgill team, getting to know them individually, and learn new skills and experiences.

Kathleen began her accounting career by pursuing a commerce degree at the University of Alberta, followed by an accounting designation. With experience in oil and gas, retail and other industries, real estate was another place to learn something new. Kathleen takes care of cost consultant reporting and assists in the preparation of financial statements, GST reconciliations, and cash flow statements. Outside of the office, Kathleen likes to spend time at the lake, runs half marathons and enjoys downhill skiing during the winter.

Amy has a bachelor’s degree in Economics with many years of experience in payroll, office administrator, and retail services. She loves numbers and meeting deadlines. Being passionate with accounting, she has passed several financial accounting courses as well as obtained a payroll certificate from NAIT. Amy loves helping people and has proudly volunteered with services in several communities, including Michener Park and the Beullah Alliance Church. A nature-lover, Amy frequently camps with her husband and their daughter. Feeling proud to join the Camgill team, Amy looks forward to adding value to the company while developing her passion and profession in accounting.
