Camgill connect
Camgill Development Corporation is committed to delivering market leading customer service to our tenants, particularly when you have a request for service at your property. To simplify our service request process, we now offer Camgill Connect. This service is a web-based work order program for our tenants to submit requests to our building maintenance and property management staff for a timely response to your needs. Camgill Connect is also another source for our team to send notifications and announcements.
Camgill Connect allows tenants to submit a service request, track the status of the requests, upload/view/download important documents, receive notices on upcoming inspections, reminders of events happening at your site, etc.
We encourage tenants to submit service requests on-line whenever possible, however, we understand that our tenants needs are diverse and you may not always be able to access a computer, and maintaining a close relationship with you is important to us – therefore, still feel free to contact us 24-hours a day at (780) 430-0529 or via email with your Property Manager.
after hours emergency
If your business is experiencing an after-hours emergency please contact our office by calling (780) 430-0529 and you will be routed accordingly.
If you should have an after-hours issue but not an emergency please use the Camgill Connect Portal to place your request so that the issue can be resolved in a timely manner.
