Project Services

Property Management Services

Camgill manages a diversified portfolio of industrial, retail and office property, in multiple markets across a large geographical area; and offers a comprehensive service, including:

  • Monthly property and cash flow reporting

  • Tenant relations and liaison

  • Management of rent collection, bank accounts and AP for property related expenses

  • Lease administration - compliance and enforcement of the Tenant’s lease agreement

  • Perform regular building and site inspections of the property

  • Providing annual operating cost budgets and reconciliations to both Tenants and Property Owner

  • Preventative property maintenance to ensure competitive operating costs and optimal on-site operations

  • Regular communication with both Tenants and Property Owner

  • GST Remittance and reconciliations for the property, and completion of CRA GST audits
